RATES
AND CONDITIONS
Swimming pool are open from the 1st July to 14th September.
More than four people are not permitted on the property.
Pets are not allowed without permission from the owner.
Ask to the owner about the bed linen and towels.
A 25% of the rental is required to guarantee a reservation.
We will only accept bank transfers in Euro to our bank account.
The remaining balance is due payable in cash upon arrival to
the apartment.
We require a cash or credit card damage deposit of 200 €
upon arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded after inspection
of the undamaged property by us.
Cancellations made within 14-days are non-refundable.

The apartment must be vacated by 11.30 am on the day of your
departure.
Clients are responsible for leaving the property in the clean
and tidy condition they will have found it ready for the next
guests. We reserve the right to make a retention from the security
deposit to cover additional cleaning costs if the client leaves
the gîte in an unacceptable condition.
