The
apartment, situated over cliffs right on the Mediterranean,
on 5th floor with sensational views of the sea from the balcony,
has one bedroom with double bed, living room with pull-out sofa
that can be used for two sleepers, fully equipped kitchen with
refrigerator, electrical cooker, dishwasher, microwave oven,
toaster, kitchen and dining accessories and dinner sets, fully
equipped bathroom, water heater, color cable TV, swimming pool
and covered parking area under the building (garage). Ask to
the owner about bed linen and towels.

The
apartment is located in a quiet, beautiful and safe area, only
12 minutes on healthy feet to the "Playa de Torres"
beach and 20 minutes walk from Villajoyosa harbour, but you
need a car to go to other beaches, restaurants or the supermarket
(Carrefour, Mercadona...). You can rent a car with the beginning
rate at about 220 euros a week for a small car in the Alicante
Airport or in La Cala de Villajoyosa (click
here for more information).
The Marina Baixa Hospital is only five minuts by car (4 km.)
from the apartment. |
